- All finalists must include a hashtag with their choice for first place prize, should they win the first place, in their finals submission. You must choose one of the following hashtags:
#ITMLondon OR #ITMConcert
Once you have submitted your entry with the hashtag corresponding to your choice, you will not be able to change your choice.
- For second and third prizes the contestant has one week from the time the results of the finals are announced to submit and claim their prize by sending a pm via the LINE app to Rick or Foggy, providing an address were your prize will be shipped. It will be up to us to decide the method and delivery of prizes.
- If you are the first place winner, you will have one week from the time the results of the finals are announced to claim your prize. You will have already chosen your prize selection via your submission, but you still will have to claim it with a formal request to BOTH Rick and Foggy by finalist creating a chat room on the LINE app with both of us to discuss the details.
- If you choose the concert you have one week from the time the results of the finals are announced to decide what concert you want to go in your local area. You and your guests will be responsible for your respective transportation. You must submit via a chat on the LINE app with Foggy and Rick the following:
- Artist name
- Venue
- Date(s) the artist will be presenting at that venue
- Your full name
- Full name of partner/friend attending with you
- Full name of another 🌟ITM Contestant that will be going with you
- Full name of Smuler that will be attending with you and their Smule ID
You will share in the main chat your choice of artist you will be seeing and your crew going with you once confirmed by Foggy or Rick.
You will share with the main chat your concert experience, videos, pictures, etc. We would like to share your journey in our social and other media and you grant ITM full reproduction rights to this content by accepting this prize.
We reserve the right to choose a date for you for the particular artist you want to see. We cannot guarantee we can acquire any tickets to any concert.
- If you chose the London trip and performance you will have one week from the time the results of the finals are announced to create a chat room with Rick AND Foggy, and you will immediately share in the Main Chat “I’m going to London!!”.
Here are some details:
You will share with the main chat your journey to London, videos, pictures, etc. We would like to share your journey in our social and other media and you grant ITM full reproduction rights to this content by accepting this prize.
You must provide at least three (3) potential date ranges of three (3) consecutive days of when you will be able to be in London as your preferences.
We will work with you to make all efforts to accommodate your preferred dates, but due to complexities of all moving parts, you acknowledge that we may end up providing dates that were not the ones that you requested.
ITM will provide for your transportation and two nights in London. If you need to fly, we will provide transportation from a major airport of our choosing to London. You will be responsible for transportation to that major airport. You will be responsible for all other costs including meals, and additional charges that may be incurred.
Once we have made a decision on the actual dates for your traveling and your presentation in London, you will have 24 hours to confirm you can make it.
Failure to confirm the provided dates within the required timeframe WILL forfeit your prize.
- It is presumed that if you have chosen the London trip for your prize, you have verified that you are able to travel to London. Visas, vaccines, and other prerequisites may be required. You may find more information on this here: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/arriving-in-the-uk. You are responsible for obtaining any required documentation to enter the UK and you will cover any costs.
- You may choose to stay longer in London at your own expense. You will be responsible for the lodging expenses for any extra days. If your extension makes the flight less expensive you cannot claim the difference. If your extension makes the flight more expensive you will be responsible for that difference.
- We plan that your performance will be anywhere from 30-60 min.
- We would like for you to sing songs from your ITM journey but you can sing others. Please provide us with a master list of songs you will sing. Have fun!
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value. You may be responsible for taxes in your locality.
- We reserve the right to modify these rules as needed.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any prize at any time for any reason.
