What a song! The yodelling along with the singing. I’ve always loved this song. You sang it amazingly, you did however have 2 points of mic distortion at point 1:38 & 2:31 but nothing too significant. Your harmonies were spot on. Amazing control. i really enjoyed this song. I was dancing along to it. Thank you.

Unfortunately at the beginning of the song you are little off key, but the emotion and the feeling is so good, that this it does not affect the song. The timing was good. Remember to control your breathing when you do the high and long notes. Good job.
JUDGE 2 Girl, I love your voice! I enjoyed listening to it. Sometimes the tone wasn’t in key, but not bad enough to affect your song. Be careful for next time to have more breath control in the higher notes. I love your emotion and dynamics in this song. Great Job for round one!

It really sounded like a broadway performance. The highest notes were just out of your reach, but the rest was amazing! You really tell the story in the song. You are a great performer. JUDGE 2 WOW. Is this really your voice??!? It’s seriously amazing, and you blew me away!! This type of song was a great choice for you, and you brought the right emotion and character to it. Although the version of this song you chose allowed for you to just sing one layer, I hope in the future to hear you chose a track without background vocals so we can hear more of what your vocals! Awesome job on this!

This is a really hard song, and you did such a good job on it. Couple of very minor pitch errors. Your timing was a touch off in places too. I felt the volume of your vocal overpowered the backing track. Overall, an excellent entry, well done!
JUDGE 2 I love the clarity of your voice! Your energy is contagious and what a fun entry! This made me listen to the original and I can tell this is not an easy song to sing but you did so well!! You were slightly off pitch where you were flat and watch your timing but I was impressed by what you’ve done! Good job!

This was a very good performance with plenty of emotion and character! There were moments when you didn’t quite hit the notes on pitch (e.g. 0.48). They tended to be the notes travelling to the end of the phrases rather than the notes at the end which were well supported. Be mindful of those moments and ensure you don’t sing them flat. There were some moments where your diction wasn’t spot on (e.g. “refrain”). Recording wise I felt your vocal was a little loud compared to the backing track. Overall though this was a great entry – Well done!
JUDGE 2 Your voice is so crisp and lovely! This is a wonderful song for you, nice choice! While you sang this beautifully, a layer of harmonies would increase the interest and depth of the song. There are very slight pitch issues which did not detract from your performance. Try to enunciate as clearly as you can. Overall, this was extremely well done! Good job!
